1Day 1
Arrival in Kigali and Transferred to the Hotel
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari driver-guide and transferred to your hotel in Kigali. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax after your journey and prepare for the adventure ahead.

2Day 2
Transfer to Volcanoes National Park and Cultural Experience
After breakfast and hotel check-out, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about Rwanda’s history and journey of reconciliation. Afterwards, drive to Musanze near Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge before visiting the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village, where you will experience traditional Rwandan culture through music, dance, storytelling, and local community activities. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

3Day 3
Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for registration and a briefing before beginning your gorilla trekking adventure. Accompanied by experienced rangers, trek through the rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Once found, spend one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and spend the remainder of the day relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

4Day 4
Golden Monkey Trekking and Return to Kigali
Following breakfast, head back to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on a golden monkey trekking experience. These playful and endangered primates inhabit the bamboo forests of the Virunga Mountains and offer excellent photography opportunities. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before checking out and driving back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable Rwanda primate safari.
