1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your safari.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund of deposit. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to your booking may be made subject to availability. Changes made 30+ days before departure: No fee. Changes made 15-29 days before departure: 10% fee. Changes made less than 15 days before departure: 25% fee.

4. Safari Inclusions

Unless otherwise specified, our safaris include: accommodation as per itinerary, meals as specified, transportation in 4x4 vehicles, English-speaking guide, park fees, and activities mentioned in the itinerary.

5. Safari Exclusions

Our safaris exclude: international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, drinks, and any activities not mentioned in the itinerary.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers must be in good physical condition for safari activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a traveler's health may endanger themselves or others.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers during the safari. Travelers participate at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported to our staff immediately during your safari. We will make every effort to resolve issues on-site.
